Very happy to share our second article after we published the first one almost 2 years ago. First, we wanted to say a big thanks to all the people who interacted with the first article (10k+ views and 350+ signups on Substack). To be honest, we have been very surprised about the engagement, all the feedback we got, and people we met thanks to this piece of content 🙏🏼
I like the idea around the "Interested" status, but it's not 100% clear to me how it leverages your Insights and Engagement objects. Do you update the status manually and have a separate field for the "critical event to watch out for" (e.g. new hire joined) ? If so, are you relying on your team to parse through the Slack notifications and respond to the one that matters, or is there a special workflow to let them know that the critical event took place?
a summary of common sense!
thanks David :)
Keep posting guys!!
